Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Heavy Duty Concealer

Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Heavy Duty Concealer

Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Heavy Duty Concealer is what it says on the tin - a heavy duty concealer for the under eye area whether it be dark circles, bags or discolouration (I have all three!). It is a creamy formula with a full coverage which can be applied to your skin using your finger or a concealer brush.

The effects of Phwoarr Paint are very good and it's certainly on par with more expensive concealers (I am looking at you Benefit Boi-ing!). When applying it, it goes on really well, it doesn't drag on the skin and the formula is very smoothing and creamy. It also lasts very well during the day, although it does tend to sit in my pesky fine lines which can be a pain. The coverage is amazing and after a seven day week of working and studying, it covers up my bags and dark circles just as well as any higher-end product that I've tried.

I've found that this also works very well on any blemishes I get, or covering up any pigmentation marks or discolouration on my face. The shade Fair blends in very well on my MAC NC15 - NC20 skin (perhaps even a little bit too light?), but also comes in a Medium, although this would probably only suit MAC NW20/NC25 - NW25/NC30. It's such a shame that brands like Seventeen do not cater for people with darker skin as I really think the market is missing out on a crucial audience.

Overall, for £5.49 (plus my £1 off voucher that Boots sent me!), this is a very good concealer that lasts all day and does what it says on the tin. I wish it didn't sit in my fine lines, but even high-end concealers such as Estee Lauder and Clinique do this, so I think it's just something I'm going to have to get used to. Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Heavy Duty Concealer can be purchased in your local Boots store or online.
