Garnier Ultimate Blends Honey Treasures*
Having dry, fine hair that gets greasy quickly at the roots is not very fun! I use products that hydrate it which leave it heavy and lacking in any body or volume. I use products for fine hair and they seem to make it dry and frizzy - I just can't win!
My freshly washed and blowdried hair
I have been a member of Bzz Agent for a while now, and having been sent quite a few lovely products to test and try, I have to say this new Garnier Ultimate Blends Honey Treasures is probably up there at the top of the list.
The shampoo cleanses my hair well, it doesn't weigh it down and leaves it hydrated. It helps that it smells gorgeous too, although I don't find this lingers which is a shame.
I feel the conditioner could do with being a little more nourishing and hydrating; this is probably my least favourite product. The consistency is quite thin and runny - I feel like I have to use half a bottle to coat my shoulder length locks!
My favourite is the Strength Restorer. Thank goodness Bzz Agent sent me two bottles of this!! It is thick, creamy, hydrating and helps to nourish my hair without weighing it down. This is definitely now a go-to product.
Overall, for the price, I am actually impressed with the quality. Especially as I am normally a Kerastase, Matrix or Ojon fan. I would definitely repurchase the Strength Restorer and when I'm on a budget, would happily pick up the shampoo.
I love seeing budget and drug store brands designing and bringing out successful products like these. I think as time advances, so do the products and research that goes into brands such as Garnier.
