Rimmel London Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick in 05*

Rimmel London Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick in 05 is a lovely rich pink which can be muted down slightly when applied to the lips for a softer finish. It leaves a glossy finish which is hydrating and nourishing when wearing on the lips.

The colour stays on well throughout food and drink, but not as well as matte lipsticks or a stain provides. I would say on average, the lipsticks lasts for around 3 - 4 hours, although it wears off well and doesn't leave that terrible rim around the edge. I would have expected it to stay a little longer due to the 'Lasting Finish' name, but for a budget lipstick, I would say 3 - 4 hours is pretty average.

I find the Kate Moss lipsticks, this one especially, very sweet smelling; it reminds me of sweet vanilla cupcakes! I am not completely keen on the smell myself and much prefer unscented products for my lips or something it little more toned down.

I actually won this in a Superdrug competition and if I hadn't, I probably wouldn't have bought any Rimmel products, but since trying this Kate Moss lipstick, I have delved deeper into Rimmel London makeup as I find their products very good for the small price you have to pay.
