#2014BloggerChallenge - Post Seven - My Week in Photos
I signed up to the #2014BloggerChallenge and so far, I am really enjoying meeting the other 407 bloggers who are taking part. I want to take this time to personally thank all of my new followers for their commitment to my blog.Gabby writes: "Topic 7 will be something that many of us have never attempted before, myself included. This will be a "Week/Day in Pictures" post, so if you have anything exciting planned over the next 2 weeks don't forget your camera! Equally the post could just be snaps of small things that you have done/eaten at home."
I am late for this post, so apologies for that. Life has been pretty hectic during my Easter break trying to catch up with friends and family, days and evenings out, afternoon tea, assignment writing and trying to keep my blog up dated.
Friday - Testing out my new Clinique Chubby Stick which I am loving. It's very hydrating and gives a nice hint of colour to my lips.
Saturday - There's nothing like a bottle of yummy cider on a Saturday night with my Jo Malone candle and something nice to eat. This week it was salmon with pasta in a homemade white wine sauce and homegrown purple sprouting broccoli. Not sure why I didn't take a photo, but hate to constantly keep taking photos of my food!!
Monday - A night out with my two friends at Annie's Burger Shack in Nottingham which is absolutely amazing!!! If you're ever in Nottingham, I recommend it. But please book in advance as it's packed out 24/7.
No photos from Tuesday, but I headed out for the day with my friend. We had lunch before heading around Attenborough Nature Reserve, stopping off for coffee and cake.
Wednesday was a lazy day writing assignments, so nothing exciting to photograph!
Thursday - Painting my nails ready for afternoon tea at Horsley Lodge in Derbyshire.
Me during our afternoon tea which was delicious. Sandwiches, cakes and unlimited coffee or tea - perfection!
Photo taken from the Horsley Lodge website.
Friday - House hunting in Leeds for somewhere to live in September. Absolute fail of a day. The only property we actually liked was with a dodgy agency who didn't take deposits and wanted a £200 administration fee... So we decided against it and we're still looking for more properties to view in the Headingley area.
