Clinique | All About Eyes | £25 from Boots
As the months have been getting colder, (and I am slowly getting older! 27 in four weeks) I decided it was time to start using an eye cream. I know that I probably should have started using one by now, but it's just one of those things that I never really wanted to fork the money out for. Recently, under my eyes have been looking very dry, my makeup is sitting in my fine lines and it looks like I've caked on the concealer - not a good look.
I was debating between this and the Origins Eye Dr eye cream, but decided to try this one first because it looked like a lightweight gel, but the Clinique advisor told me it was very hydrating for dehydrating skin. I also suffer from milia around my eyes (those little pesky white bumps), so can't use anything too rich.
I've been using the All About Eyes for a few weeks now and the skin around my eyes certainly looks and feels more hydrated than it did. I have had some terrible late nights over Christmas, so can't really say I've noticed a difference with the circles, but the cooling feeling when I use it certainly feels like it's helping to depuff my eyes!
At this moment in time, I'm enjoying using it morning and night and have certainly seen a difference in the hydration levels around my eyes. I've also noticed that my concealer is sitting a lot better on my skin throughout the day.
Can you recommend any eye creams? What eye cream are you currently using?

I am currently using REN eye gel, which I like although I think my make up sits better over my Vichy eye cream. I have a sample size of the that I have been meaning to use for ages!

I've never tried Vichy before, but often gaze at it when I'm shopping in Boots. I may have to try a few of their products.

I know what you mean about not wanting to shell out the money for an eye cream, it's just another thing you have to buy! This one sounds really nice though. I've been using the Clinique Turnaround Overnight Moisturizer for a few months now and I like it a lot. It's kind of thick for under the eyes but I still use it because I have wrinkles under my eyes already and I'm only 23!

They're so expensive for the amount of product you get and I'm always a bit skeptical about how a facial moisturiser won't just do the same thing! Oh no, under eye wrinkles at 23 is not good.

I'm not really a user of eye creams but I'd definitely give them a go and this one does sound lovely

Yes, i'd certainly recommend trying this one. It's not heavy at all like I first expect it to be, it's very lightweight and refreshing, but hydrating at the same time!
